Dr. Timothy S. Mescon

Dr. Timothy S. Mescon is Dean and the Tony and Jack Dinos Eminent Scholar at the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Of KSU's 18,000 students, the Coles College enrolls close to 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students and operates Georgia's largest executive MBA program. The executive MBA program, 2nd largest in the U.S. was ranked 3rd in the nation in eBusiness and 10th in Teamwork by Business Week. The entrepreneurship and Cox Family Business Center at the Coles College of Business have also been consistently nationally ranked in publications, including Business Week, U.S. News & World Report and Success Magazines. All business accounting programs in the Coles College are fully accredited by AACSB International. Under Mescon's guidance, the Coles College, with the support of the Board of Regents, created Kennesaw State's first 3, Eminent Scholar Chairs. The Coles College, on behalf of Kroger and Post Properties, developed and deliver Kroger University and Post University, professional management development programs.

 

Nancy L.S. Sousa

Nancy L.S. Sousa has served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager United States since May 2003 and President, Given Imaging, Inc. since January 2003. Prior to joining Given Imaging, she held several positions at Eastman Kodak Company from 1980 through 2002, including Director, System Concepts Center, and prior to that, as Vice President, New Business Development, Health Imaging. In addition to those positions, she previously served as Vice President, OEM Products, Consumer Imaging, Director, Strategic Business Planning, Consumer Imaging, and Product Manager, Projectors and Cameras. Ms. Sousa holds an M.Sc. in mathematics from University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in mathematics from The State University of New York.

 

Stephen P. Jeffery

Steve Jeffery is a veteran of the technology industry with 25 years of experience gained in Europe and North America. His career includes experience working in global multinationals such as IBM and Hewlett Packard. In 1994 Jeffery relocated from the Silicon Valley to Georgia where over the last nine years he has built two start-up organizations; SQL Financials and Clarus Corporation. Jeffery's career has spanned a variety of roles in software and hardware companies including CEO, Chairman, General Management, Sales and Marketing. This wide range of technology business management experience has played an instrumental role in Jeffery's ability to successfully lead the efforts to raise equity privately and publicly. Jeffery's management experience also includes driving strategic acquisitions and the successful divestiture of a number of business units. Today Jeffery is a director of several companies and the president of TAG, one of the nation's largest statewide technology associations.
